Midland mayor to deliver State of the City March 22

Katy Kildee/Midland Daily News Midland Mayor Maureen Donker will deliver the annual State of the City address on March 22 at the Great Hall Banquet and Convention Center. The address is part of the first-quarter membership meeting of the Midland Business Alliance.
